Multiple locations throughout Texas – Heitler Houstoun Architects out of New York approached us in 2011 to serve as the local architect of record for their flagship blow dry “bar” concept in Texas.  Since then, we have stamped and sealed construction documents for four other locations across the state.  Our service offering as local architect of record for out-of-state designers includes drawing peer review, code and accessibility compliance review, field verification and as-built documentation of existing site conditions, TDLR registration / RAS coordination, facilitation of construction bid / negotiation, and permit application, procurement, and expediting.
